1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following destinations:

- International (selected countries)

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for processing and delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Options:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping Options:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 3-10 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Brooke Blend Tallow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order to the correct address.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Brooke Blend Tallow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
